Prep the hair so it’s easy to work with. Kenna and co used ghd Total Volume and Curl Hold Spray.
Take a centre parting, then section off a diagonal back section from mid recession to the top of the ear. Clip these sections away.
Spray the front sections with ghd Straight and Smooth, then straighten with a ghd styling iron.
Create 5 small plaits at the back of the head (1 at the crown in diagonal sections, then 2 rows to create 4 more).
Heat the plaits with a ghd styler to set the wave.
Once the plaits have cooled, unravel them to release soft, slightly frizzy waves.
Leaving a small panel in front of the ears, tuck the remaining hair behind the ears to expose them.
